The accommodation was excellent, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, speaking a little Russian. The room we got is nice and big (Family room). No complaints about staff or room. On trifles, like a broken toilet lid and a bad drain in the shower (when we washed, the whole bathroom was in water), the bulbs work through one, eyes are closed.
Leaving things, we went to look for the sea!!!!!!! ! It is to SEARCH, because we walked to the sea..... 50 minutes. The hotel has a transfer service to the sea, twice a day, in the morning after breakfast and in the afternoon, after dinner. And then, as they say, who did not have time, he was late.
A bus arrives, people clot in it like herrings, the rest remain to wait until the first batch is taken away and come for the next one, and so you can wait up to half an hour in the sun.

You can catch dolmushi everywhere along their route, very responsive drivers. When you pay, be sure to say the name of the hotel - Seray Club and you can be taken higher, or rather, closer to the hotel. Everything here is very mountainous, and confusing, although very beautiful. In general, if you are not in the best physical shape (elderly, children, disabled people) you better not come here.

There is a charm in the fact that you had to go to the city bus stop, otherwise Al in makes itself felt)))))))))). Rooms, almost all had two rooms for four people, I don’t want to walk, space !!!
The whole nightmare and negativity from the STAFF of this hotel, the only exception is the administrator Samat from Kazakhstan, he is the only sane and adequate hotel employee !! ! Big THANKS to him!!!
All the rest are rude and with open hatred for Russian tourists, they can’t work in the hospitality industry at all, it’s clear that everything comes from the owners !! ! When breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can’t sit still, they just take out plates and glasses from your mouth, 5-6 times you need to say that they would not touch and move away !!!
The manager of the restaurant is not a professional at all, he provokes conflicts himself!! ! Yells, snaps!! ! Behaves like a market woman!!!
Apparently they know that there is animation and they have a peculiar vision of this service, they can just sit down at your table in a company or turn an empty cup on you!!!
They don’t care about the guests at all - they bought an excursion with a very early departure from the hotel at 6-30, asked the reception to wake up two rooms at 6-00 !! ! I go out to the reception at 6-15, the administrator sits chatting with one of the waiters and he is doing well!! ! I ask why didn't you wake me up? Answer, A. Yes, you should have got up!! ! (this is a common service in hotels, it is the responsibility of the administrator)
Summary:
For 15 thousand rubles (even 15.500 is already a lot) you can go and not sit in a hotel!! ! And it is better not to communicate AT ALL with the staff!! !
There is a lot of false information about the hotel:
1.4 stars - 2 with a strong stretch for 3!!!
2.2nd coastline - in fact the 42nd !! ! The bus is once after breakfast and it is not always possible to fit.
3. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed three times a week, towels are changed every two days - cleaning is somewhat like not every day, linen was not changed even once, towels only when you ask !!!
4. Wi-Fi is free - there is no free Wi-Fi, because the reception has the simplest router for home use TP-Link and it does not pull just technically. When there are many guests at once, you can forget about the Internet. The greed of the owners will not let you have a connection!!!
5. Hotel beach - nonsense and inventions of the same owners, there is no hotel beach. Everyone relaxes on a common city beach or on hotel beaches with the condition of purchasing something in a bar.
6. Outdoor pool - you can use the pool from 10 to 18, as the rest of the time is chlorinated.
7. Food Al in- we had a late check-in, dinner was already over, no dry snack, no tea, nothing. Bar until 22-00, we came up at 21-45 and asked for two gin and tonics. The first thing we encountered at the hotel was a rejection. Not!! ! Why? Because it's over!! ! Go to the supermarket!! ! Is there money? (reply from restaurant manager)

For 3 people (2 adults and a child) we were given a spacious double room: three full beds and one sofa, air conditioning, TV, comfortable for vacationers, wardrobe, spacious bathroom and a huge loggia, refrigerator. of the minuses - the complete lack of wi-fi, the network "caught" only at the bottom - best at the reception and partly on the terrace in front of the dining room (news could be read))).
Regarding children: there is little entertainment on the territory of the hotel complex, the playground should be renovated, it was poorly cleaned, but there is a child. a pool where the kids had a great time.
Kitchen, dishes:
1) self-service
2) the range is large, but mostly many dishes of vegetables (fresh, stewed, baked) and various side dishes;
from meat - only chicken and not every day, sometimes there was fish;
but - a large selection of good cheeses - with olives and honey or rose jam - that's it)));
there were also a lot of sausages, but they were useless.
3) during the day - plenty of juices and coffee drinks from vending machines
4) until 10 pm - free white and red dry wines, vodka, beer, gin; after 10 - paid cocktails in the night bar.
5) of the fruits - only watermelon and melon, but without interruption))) (in the city you can buy very appetizing peaches, grapes, giant sweet cherries, etc. ).
6) special attention should be paid to large containers with local jams - rose, melon, raspberry, honey and others, as well as liquid halva.
Water:
You need to buy drinking water all the time, because at the reception it should be free in the cooler, but often it was not there and was not always renewed in time.
Music:
from the speakers "cries" all day, somewhere probably from 10 am (at 9 we had breakfast and went to sea, it was still quiet) and subsides between the 2nd and 3rd night of the next day, so either you put up with it, do not change anything and enjoy the beauty of the night panorama of the city or ask for the intention to go to the other side, there really is not so beautiful view)))
