The fish was served for dinner 3 times, one type - sea bass, there is no question of any seafood.
And in general, for me, it’s a very monotonous menu and not very tasty.
The main restaurant is small, people with a plate in their hands sit down at an already occupied table, because there are simply no places.
Fresh only in the mornings, which surprised us, because in other Premium there are no problems with this: they bring it to order.

- The pools are very cold, almost no one swims in them, the maximum dips, and it’s cold, especially for the children’s pool where the water park is, the water is 22 degrees, the warm pool is only the one that is 16+, and which is inside the Spa, but we are talking about children who love to swim in the pool, at the reception we were told that the heating will be turned on according to the regulations from October 15, and they will be kicked out of the pool with warm water with children, it is for adults without children, a strange attitude, of course, children themselves do not really want to climb into the nursery by cold
- The kids club is beautiful, but only from 4 years old, if your child is 3 years and 11 months old, pay extra money for a nanny, even if there is no point in this and the child stays fine on his own. There is absolutely nothing to do with small children, they don’t have toys and entertainment for the little ones, the disco runs every other day, alternates with watching cartoons in the evenings, in general, cartoons are always on in the kids club and mostly children just watch them.
- At dinner, it is very problematic with tables, if you don’t come to the opening, you will have to work hard to sit down somewhere, sometimes the waiters offer to sit down with someone, an even bigger problem is children’s chairs, there are few of them, and even now, not in season, they are not enough, you have to wait a very long time for someone to release them, and often you don’t have to wait, oh yes, you have to do it yourself, the waiters simply don’t have time, by the way they are great, they try very hard, but sometimes they just don’t have time
- The worst thing is that a lot of children in the hotel became infected with the coxsackie virus, one of its manifestations is a rash on the arms and legs, and so many people have it, many say that this is just because of the children's pool, we are no longer in it swam, went only to the sea, but I saw that it was not closed for some additional cleaning, it worked as before, even in the current situation
- At the reception, they don’t really solve any issues, they usually excuse themselves by giving the information to someone higher and, in principle, it all ends there, it’s useless to swear only to spoil your mood
- We needed a crib, they brought us a broken one twice, it takes them a day to replace the bed, it turns out that it took 3 days for us to put a whole bed
- If you call and ask to bring water to the room, it will be brought only the next day, when cleaning.
- Cleaning in the room, the same for 3+, it happened that you had to ask to be cleaned, they promised to come within an hour, but after a few hours you had to call and ask again.
From what I liked:
- The food is delicious, it may seem monotonous to some, I heard this but in fact from several people, we were 12 days old, I got tired of everything, I wanted something new, but everything that is really delicious! There is always fish, rolls, various meats
- Very cool cocktails in the beach bar, delicious, beautifully served in glass, also in the lobby, in other bars they are simple in disposable glasses.
- There is always good light music playing in the background, there are DJs in the beach bar at sunset, and in the evening there is a live concert, a very cool atmosphere, you really want to be there
- In the hotel, according to my calculations, 70-80 percent are families with children, everyone is very pleasant, good atmosphere, so to speak, the society in the hotel is very decent)
- For the price for which you can now relax in this hotel, many disadvantages can be omitted, but in my opinion this is far from a luxury, as they declare themselves, but to be honest, a luxury costs at least twice as much.

Because the hotel was built from scratch, and the building was launched simultaneously with the first settlement, then there were small and not global overlays, but everything was solved instantly. Bathrobes and towels, like plush toys, bring joy and pleasure. There was a fruit plate in the room. Already in the following days, we saw how the arrived tourists immediately received cards from the rooms, without waiting for the prescribed 14.00

3. We rested with a child in many hotels in Turkey, but only here I can’t pick her up from the slides without a scandal. We have never seen such a water park as here! Adult slides, no worse than children's, make you squeal with delight.
4. A huge plus of the hotel is that all the activities are taken out to the beach, you are not disturbed by music on the territory of the hotel.
5. From the hotel to the beach you need to walk 5-7 minutes through the sand dune, or use the services of a buggy. Towels without cards and in unlimited quantities. The beach is sandy with a gentle entrance, for the kids what you need.
