The hotel was chosen randomly on the recommendation, the check-in was not very fast, but we were kindly escorted off to have a bite to eat and wait until the room was prepared (it really was much more than 14.00), probably there is nothing more to say about the check-in
Room: we got a small one, I don’t know its category, it’s not pleasant, my daughter brought a cot (normal) but it creaks terribly... for a new hotel this is a rather strange situation.
Territory: not large, but very clean, the greenery has not yet grown, but this is a business to come, several pools, good slides in the water park
Separately, I would like to note the beach, well organized with a good bar, and a beautiful view
Restaurants: the main restaurant, there are always enough places for everyone, the food is delicious, varied

Turkish cuisine restaurant - the dishes themselves are very tasty, BUT the portions are not even small, but tiny, for a man you need to order the entire menu twice so that he can eat, but I repeat, very tasty and mostly dishes on the menu are still international cuisine, although it is positioned like turkish
Staff: everyone is friendly, but there is a nuance, Russian-speaking tourists mostly rest in the hotel, the waiters have no knowledge of Russian even in basic words, with very rare exceptions, and they don’t speak basic English either, for example, I ordered a glass of water in my native language Russian and repeated in English (well, what could be easier) you can laugh, but they brought me a full glass of vodka
But such trifles exist in almost all hotels, as they say there is something to improve, in general, my family and I liked the rest in this hotel, I will consider it for the future for the rest.
