Rested from 26.06. 2010 to 5.07. 2010. Two adults and two children 3 and 5 years old. In Turkey for the first time, I wanted everything to be super and hopes come true. The hotel is family, yes of course there are a lot of Germans and all the entertainment for them, but this did not interfere with the rest.

Rested from 26.06. 2010 to 5.07. 2010. Two adults and two children 3 and 5 years old. In Turkey for the first time, I wanted everything to be super and hopes come true. The hotel is family, yes of course there are a lot of Germans and all the entertainment for them, but this did not interfere with the rest. Beach, food, sea 5 points, one minus, I had to remember school German, because few people understand Russian. The hotel is not big, so walking with children is no problem. I will not recommend, I have nothing to compare with, but we will go there again

Rested with my husband in Sandy Beach in August 2009. What can I say.... the beach is clean, a lot of sunbeds and mattresses. . . You won't stand in line! They were fed for slaughter.... The air conditioner worked great. . . We didn't live on the 5th floor. . . there was no schedule. . . These are pluses!! ! Now minuses: at the reception they don’t speak Russian at all if you don’t speak English.

The air conditioner worked great. . . We didn't live on the 5th floor. . . there was no schedule. . . These are pluses!! ! Now minuses: at the reception they don’t speak Russian at all if you don’t speak English.... it will be very hard. We were immediately settled in a room on the first floor overlooking the neighboring wall, until they offered us money, we were not relocated. . . (and they prefer only Euro in this hotel, if you pay in dollars, then they recalculate at a frantic rate). Animation exclusively for Germans, in German. If you don't know German, it will be hard for you to have fun.... the Germans go to bed at 10 o'clock, respectively, and you will go to bed, because only the Germans are entertained there !! ! On the beach during the day during the games, only they were invited, they didn’t even look at us.... !!! ! Next moment.... on the day of departure (we had to leave at 12.00) at 8.00 we went to the beach, at 10.30 we returned, and our room was cleaned.... the shower was sealed, the toilet too, the bed was made, some very expensive cosmetics were missing. . no books etc. And things are dumped in one corner and a suitcase in the same place.....My husband and I are at the front desk. . . , and there, naturally, someone who understood Russian immediately forgot the language.... We fought for a very long time.... until they recruited a tour operator who acted as an interpreter. . After 1.5 hours of negotiations, things were returned to us.... they even had an eyeglass case.... And all this they allegedly prepared to throw out. . . Thanks to the tour operator. . . as compensation we used the room until 16.00 for free! Outcome.... Russians are cattle for the Turks, why is that? Because I saw how they lick the Germans!!!! ! Although we left no less money there. . . If not for the feeling of spitting.... I would say that the hotel is 5 stars!

The hotel is bad. Russians are settled in terrible conditions. And only under the condition of an additional payment can they be relocated to a better condition. There is air conditioning, but the remote control is placed in a box on the wall under the lock. The food is not varied, spicy. There are few Russians.

Went with a friend. The hotel deserves a solid 4+, there was nothing to complain about. everything is included, but until 24.00 everything goes for a fee. and the only minus or plus is very few Russians, the hotel is 95% Germans. But overall it was a good holiday. .

The hotel was renovated in 2007, everything is brand new, freshly painted. Our room was spacious, if you count together with a balcony and a bathroom - 40 square meters. Our friends had a smaller number. The floor is tiled. Cleaned daily, linen changed every other day, towels daily. The hotel area is small but nice, a small playground, the pool is small, if you plan to spend your holidays by the pool and not on the beach, it is better to look for another hotel.

Animation is only German, but they say that they are waiting for a Russian-speaking animator who is about to arrive. For the Germans the program is good. More than 2/3 of vacationers are Germans. The staff does not speak Russian.
The food is excellent, to the most demanding taste, very large selection and very tasty. There is always fish, chicken, meat prepared in different ways, about 10 types of hot dishes, about 20 types of salads, 15-20 types of desserts, 4-5 types of fruits, vegetables and a bunch of everything else. You collect your own food, there are no restrictions. Therefore, nothing depends on the tip, whether you give or not, you will receive everything the same. Nearby is the Oxid disco. To the center of Side with ancient ruins - 20-30 minutes walk along the beach. Many vacationers with children.

I visited with my daughter in 2004. Everything is great! The service is excellent, the food - if you want to lose weight, then it's just not here, it's varied and tasty, I really liked the animation, although the staff knows Russian very poorly, but you can teach if you want, the children's club is constantly working and the children are busy all day.
