Tried to settle instead of a standard room in economy. The room smells like sewage. there is no soundproofing. You can hear snoring from the next room and the noise of the disco. Cleaning is terrible. Bed and towels were not changed. The beach is far and dirty. Cocktails have ice. The food is ok but the selection is small. The receptionists are rude. I saw them galloping in front of the Germans. And they speak rudely with Russian-speakers. The hotel is new. But there is dirt everywhere. Animation is weak. The evening program is good. The pool is dirty. Lunchbox was not provided for early check out. We were left without breakfast. But they asked me to write a good review for the lottery for a week of free rest.
