We rested at the hotel from July 10 to July 23.2022, a family of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children.
ROOM. Check-in from 14:00. We were settled in the 3rd building on the 4th floor in a FAMILY 2 BEDROOMS room (2 bedrooms, 1 - double bed, 2 - two separate beds) overlooking the road (it's good, quiet, you can't hear music and disco). I didn’t like the room, it was not a good layout, with a height of 170 cm I constantly hit my head painfully on the roof slopes inside the rooms on the way to the balcony and window (if my height is higher than mine, this will further aggravate the problem). The room under the roof is constantly heated, while the air conditioners in both rooms do not save the situation. Free WI-FI is available throughout the territory (including the room).
BEACH. The beach is excellent, sandy, the entry into the sea is gentle, for children the most what you need. There are always free sunbeds on the beach. The sea is wonderful, clean, always calm (calm) in the morning, waves are possible in the evening.
I was very pleased with the great distance to the buoys, I really like to swim in the sea. The hotel is located on the 2nd coastline, you can walk to the beach on pavement in 10 minutes. Also during the day, a bus runs from the backyard of the hotel to the beach, but not always on schedule, but chaotically, you can’t plan a bus trip in advance, and it’s difficult to stand in the heat under the scorching sun. In addition, there are often not enough empty seats on the bus for everyone, and after waiting for the bus, people are forced to walk. There is a bar on the beach, all kinds of drinks and food are available. It was very annoying when swimming with children in the sea that the organizers of parachutes endanger swimmers, at the start the boat stands at a depth in the sea, and the parachute with a rope is pulled low over the surface of the sea. A rope pulled low can severely cripple swimmers.
SWIMMING POOL. We never used the pool, we prefer sea bathing.
KITCHEN.
There are always empty seats in the restaurant. At first glance, the assortment of dishes may seem very diverse and interesting, but this feeling completely disappears after 3 days of staying at the hotel. On the 4th day you do not know what to take to eat. All the menu is the same, it does not differ from day to day, every day is the same. There seems to be a lot of food, but nothing to eat. At the same time, I am not picky about food, but for some reason in other hotels this problem was not so acute before. I would like the dishes to differ from each other by day. There is no children's menu! There are no names in Russian on ready-made dishes (one can only guess what kind of dish it is, its composition).
STAFF. Top managers, hotel managers and RECEPTION staff treat the Russians with disdain, at the same time they behave very courteously with the Germans. Apparently the Germans are much closer to their liking. The Russians are not noticed point-blank, they are ignored! It wasn't very pleasant!
What can not be said about the service (waiters), maids and kitchen workers, they deserve praise for their diligence, diligence and caring attitude towards vacationers! Kazakh girls, Turkish women, Russians perform their duties very well, well done, thank you very much!
HYGIENE. Hygiene in the hotel is not up to the mark. I would say unsanitary places. Hordes of flies fly in the restaurant, constantly landing on food. Flycatchers need to be installed. Cutlery and plates after washing are with food remnants. At the end of the holiday, the whole family fell ill with some kind of infection, fever, diarrhea, vomiting (they didn’t use the pool! ), Covid was not confirmed by tests.
ANIMATION. Didn't like it at all. The main top animator Oksai is uninteresting in his entertainment programs. I really liked the performance on Mondays "live music" by a girl with a saxophonist and a violinist, and water aerobics in the sea with Angelina Moiseeva.
