The most terrible vacation ever on the Sea of Azov! We arrived with children, booked a room back in May, arrived at the end of August and already at September prices (this is a plus), settled in the standard, although we wanted allegro and then saw that allegro is much better, but that's it, we were convinced that the standard - just for us.

In addition to the stench, the smell was as if a flock of whales had thrown themselves on the shore and died about 3 months ago, in short, they looked, and these are jellyfish! They are mixed with algae in heaps on the shore and stink! This is a quiet horror, the smell was not interrupted by anything! And we realized that we won’t be able to swim here, we just won’t let children into this wonderful sea! A separate story-number, the floor was covered in sand, because there is a tile (very cold! ) And sweep, do not sweep, anyway the shell rock will be under your feet. Flies! So the lady is a rare boorish woman! I was joking about why we have a sheet hanging on the street (the child poured water on it, if anything) drives, why does it dry here, you just stopped by yesterday, it’s clean, madam, your job is not to follow the sheets, but the quality of service and comfort clients, pissed us all off!! ! In short, we paid for 2 days, we left for 2 days in the morning, we couldn’t stand it anymore, called a taxi and found a great option for the same money in Schastlivtsevo, with friendly staff, cool rooms and territory!

The toilet is just terrible, the door in one did not close, the holder in the shower was broken, the water was only cold. Sorry, but even in the economy you need to monitor the serviceability and do elementary attire! In the house, the outer door did not close from the inside, with difficulty from the outside, the second door to the room also did not close. The size of the pillowcases does not match the size of the pillows, the beds are of unknown age with holes in the mattress and protruding springs. There is one blanket for 3 beds, and because it was cold at night, they asked for more, they gave it to children. In principle, I don’t want to talk about preparing the room for check-in, it simply doesn’t exist. Of the pluses, a private beach, the sea is very shallow and this is not for everyone. In general, there was no desire to rest at this base, so every day they just left. When checking out, they asked the security guard to call the administrator in order to rent the house, after waiting half an hour no one came, the guard's answer is the same - wait, literally - she will come anyway. Thank you, but please wait. And we left leaving the key in the lock. Summing up all of the above, I would like to turn to the owners of this base - dear, if you offer accommodation in an economy option, then bring these options into proper form, because economy vacation implies the absence of certain amenities, and not the complete absence of normal conditions. Of course, I will never come to you again, but I hope that this review will not cause you offense (the truth should not be offended), but a desire to change something for the better.

Read the early reviews, unfortunately the service did not smell here. But the constant smell of mold and rot at every step. Apparently the management decided that the guests would wash and repair and catch the Wi-Fi and scare away the snakes and dogs. One truth is the sea is nearby and it is really shallow. The weather improved from time to time, and as soon as the sun came out, "they" immediately turned off the heater, is this saving on Clients ?? ? or what? But what about comfort, the conditions that are described on the site !!!????!!!!
Secondly, it is very interesting that in the suite you need to take care of the toilet paper yourself... since for this money they do not allocate a pack of paper. , and in the local stall they do not sell it, so as soon as you remember that you need to go to the toilet from the beginning with go to the market for paper and only then... go out of need: (((((((

On the territory of the base live so-called "specially trained" dogs that attack children and adults and other animals!! We had a small dog (3 kg) in our group.... The dogs bit her very badly! When they began to swear about this, the manager answered us that they themselves were to blame.... and did not take any measures!! ! In the evening it was impossible to walk around the territory without a stick in hand - "specially trained" dogs literally rush at everyone !!! There is always something missing in the cafe. . . either bread or eggs ran out at 10 am. . . they didn't bring coffee! The trampoline that children jump on is in disrepair!! In short, we categorically do not recommend going to this "MIRACLE BASE" for such money !! !

The Sea of Azov is, as always, chic, warm and without jellyfish. Near the market, where you can buy fresh fruits, fish, and eat tasty and inexpensive in local canteens.
About the playground - trampoline - class! Only after adult children jumped on it, it fell into disrepair, no one bothered to repair it (we rested for 10 days). The slide is not for small children. A child of 2-3 years old, flying out of it, flops his booty into a shell rock from 25-30 centimeters. I had to catch my child from a hill. So you can’t let one child go to the playground so that he doesn’t get injured, you need supervision. On the stairs when climbing the hill - long nails stick out. I had to go to neighboring camp sites for children's playgrounds.
Beach - there are sheds, but they are almost always occupied. Above under the canopies - a bunch of cobwebs and dust. My husband replied to my remarks that this is a type of style, although it looks a little like a style.
The kitchen - very rarely got into it, we tried to spend less time cooking, more rest, but it would not hurt to thoroughly scrub the kitchen - the wooden beams are covered with dust and cobwebs on top, and all this can get into food. Several times I observed a clogged sink and a broken water faucet. The grater is super rusty, you should refuse dishes with grated products, or take your own grater.
And, the most interesting - set meals. After reading on the site about set meals, we decided to order them in the restaurant of the recreation center in order to save time and money. The complexes turned out to be more expensive than indicated on the website. We arrived - on the first day it was not possible to order a complex, since you need to order a day in advance. We bought just selectively from the menu - hodgepodge, potato pancakes, potatoes. All-g... Solyanka - the cost is -35 UAH. , 1 olive, without potatoes (like any classic hodgepodge) with a bunch of chopped cheap sausage - fu! Draniki are raw, soda was strongly felt in them. The next day - they ordered a complex - an incomprehensible soup without meat - they don’t even serve this at school, and pancakes, salad - tomatoes, cucumbers - you can more or less eat. The cafe has a no-smoking sign. Visitors still smoke, no one makes a remark to them. I had to do it myself. We realized that we can’t eat like that. We started looking for other places. They cooked very tasty in the Manhattan cafe in Genichesk. Portions are huge! A little more expensive than Robinson's, but MUCH tastier! For example, hodgepodge - 50 UAH, mushroom puree soup - great!
On the third day, we lost our daughter's hat (2 years old), searched in the room, but did not find it on the beach. The husband, when he rocked the child at about 21.00, went out into the street, to the sound of the wind and waves in her arms, she fell asleep well. He comes back - says that in the cafe "Robinson" the staff is dancing in our daughter's hat. It turns out we forgot our hat in the cafe. The staff knew very well what kind of house we live in and could return it to us, but it was more interesting to try on the hat of a two-year-old girl, and even dance in it! Waiters and kitchen staff regularly smoked outside the cafe. One can only imagine how the smell from their hands was transferred to the food of vacationers!
TV - is, super, shows satellite. Only sometimes the channels freeze and all channels hang for days, we turn to the administrator with a request to reboot the receiver - no reaction. Thankfully it was the last day.
So, I will definitely not go to this place again and I advise other vacationers to save their nerves and relax in a place where they will take more care of the vacationers, and not how to line their pockets from more guests.

We rented two "Premium" rooms, designed for 4 people. 5) Near the market (5 minutes), on the territory of the cafe, where there is a very tasty salad of the "Poor Italian Fisherman". There are also cafes nearby, in general, if you don’t cook yourself, then there is where to eat.
This is probably all the pluses
Now the cons:
1) Our rooms were very small, when the sofas were laid out, it was impossible to pass at all. It's good that the weather was great and we only slept in the room with two kids (2.10 and 1 year old).
2) In the description of the room it was written that there was an electric kettle, instead there was an ordinary kettle, you will agree with the small ones it is inconvenient to run to the kitchen and heat the kettle.
3) Broken TV - or rather, it worked, BUT apparently the main remote control was with someone else, since the TV switched itself, turned up and down the sound, etc. We didn’t really need it, but the fact remains.
4) A broken handle in the toilet, it just fell out when they tried to open the door to the toilet.
5) A very cramped verandochka, it is not realistic for large people to fit.
6) Sleeping guards. My husband had to go home to work and he left in the morning, in the evening they didn’t warn the guards (this is our fault, of course), but when I went out to accompany my husband to the car, a flock of dogs attacked us, we stood like that for about 20 minutes and none of the guards came out. As a result, the husband made his way to the car and left. And the guards continued to sleep. And when we were already driving home, we warned the guards in advance. to the gate, then the guard came out.
7) Dogs steal shoes at night. Therefore, do not leave shoes on the veranda.
8) The most important minus is the dirty beach. The algae were thrown out when we arrived, so they were lying. Every morning we went to the market and EVERYWHERE, even where it seemed abandoned bases, there were uncles with a rake and collected these algae in a pile. The girl who supposedly I cleaned the beach, walked, collected garbage along the path above the fence, and didn’t even go further towards the sea and sheds. There were a lot of cigarette butts, GLASS, corn heads, bottles, disposable cups. bases.
9) Sheds are always occupied by vacationers from other bases
10) The indifference of the management and staff. On the first day of our arrival, when we saw the shortcomings of the room, we turned to the staff. Regarding the pen, the answer was yes, we know !!! ! to do for 25 UAH, and my children nailed their fingers with this door. As for the TV, and this is the case for everyone, it just jumps)))). twice a day. We asked the girl who "cleans" the beach about algae, the management told us not to touch them yet.
In general, I got the impression that the base was ennobled, money was invested, and then nothing needs to be done. , next year at the end of August we will come again, but not to this base and I will not advise it to anyone. I hope the management will pay attention to all the shortcomings.
