We ordered a Russian bath for 3 hours and their broom, which just fell apart after 2 people steamed it. At the very beginning, the attendant said that after the steam room we would wash ourselves in the shower, and then jump into the pool, we did just that, but a few leaves still got into the pool (the quality of a broom + it's still a Russian bath). At the end of 3 hours, the attendant came in and demanded a fine of 200 UAH from us. for the leaves floating in the pool. After we tried to explain to him that some foliage will still end up in the pool, it is inevitable, otherwise why are you selling brooms here and letting people into the bathhouse with brooms, he said that you can not pay a fine and we are blacklisting you and we will never let you go to the bath again. It smells like a divorcee, don't you think, dear readers of the reviews? Today, 04/15/17, we arrived for a bachelorette party to steam in the bathhouse and hammam. Impressions are just great! Everything turned out great. We were received very warmly. The staff are so friendly and know their stuff! Excellent baths, perfectly steamed. The guys masseurs - Bogdan and Alexander massaged us very well with gloves and so, they rubbed the soapy massage and salt.

Excellent baths, perfectly steamed. The guys masseurs - Bogdan and Alexander massaged us very well with gloves and so, they rubbed the soapy massage and salt. It was great! Just great fellows, also funny funny guys, so we got a lot of pleasure from communication! In general, after tea, we crawled out to the taxi in complete bliss. : ) For the whole day such a cool relaxation, thank you very much. Here there is no desire to move finally, but decided, while still fresh emotions, still write a review.

I recently returned from a trip to Kharkov. The trip was more of a business trip, but thanks to the City Club Hotel I was still able to relax. I confess, when I booked a room, I was skeptical about the hotel. I'm always worried when it's too cheap. . . you know, free cheese is only in a mousetrap. But guys, when I arrived, I was literally amazed by everything, in the good sense of the word.

I confess, when I booked a room, I was skeptical about the hotel. I'm always worried when it's too cheap. . . you know, free cheese is only in a mousetrap. But guys, when I arrived, I was literally amazed by everything, in the good sense of the word. Prices are ridiculously low, and the service is just 100%! Good staff, the rooms are just huge, when compared with Europe, it is 2-3 times more. The breakfast is very tasty, a wide variety of products. I liked everything and I will definitely come back! And I definitely recommend you visit it.

There was a banquet for our wedding at the hotel restaurant. Very cool chef, attentive waiters, excellent food. We stayed overnight in the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised, everything sparkled to a shine in the room, the bed was snow-white. I recommend to everyone!

I really liked the hotel - for the first time in Ukraine a stable European "four" met. A little far from the center, but the taxi in Kharkiv works well. The first impression is that everything is new. Then, of course, you notice that the hotel is already a couple of years old. BUT! I had a room under the roof - a cozy room with plasma, air conditioning, mini-bar.
In the bathroom set (gel d / shower, cap, shampoo); hair dryer; perfect towels, plumbing polished to a shine.
There are slippers.
Mini-bar: more than a variety of filling (chocolate, sweets, chips, nuts, beer, cola, juices, assorted mineral water, shaving kit, mouth kit, condoms), price... taking into account check-in around 23:00... everything suited me : -)
Breakfast: all high quality, fresh, tasty. The choice is normal.
Now the question is "where to stay in Kharkov? " -not worth it. Only here.

Excellent service and minute access to the city center. The staff is excellent - when I got lost, they took me out by phone. It is convenient that breakfast is from seven in the morning. Very pleased with the trip, I think I will come again.

Decent hotel. the room is small but clean and comfortable. good breakfast. the staff is friendly and attentive. I was glad that I didn't have to pay for Wi-Fi. the only drawback in my trip is the road in front of the hotel, kharkov is preparing for euro2012 - the road surface is being changed everywhere.
