The quality of the rooms and the service were far above my expectations. I just proceeded from what I would get for this money in Europe. I liked the rooms, everything you need is there. TV, satellite, internet, minibar. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathrobe and heating on the balcony. The staff were very polite, despite the fact that I was in the hotel for a short time.

Good location for business travel and central location. The only thing I didn't like was the view from the window. Well, perhaps the cost of breakfast is 10 percent of the cost of accommodation, though I don’t even know where else you can have such a delicious breakfast in Kharkov.

Everything was really cool: central location, cool restaurant, polite hotel staff. Everything is clean everywhere and good soundproofing - you can't hear cars from the street. I was completely satisfied with the service, so many thanks to everyone who is related to the hotel.
