By nutrition:
There is a shared kitchen here. Opposite there is a supermarket with prices "Almost like in Kyiv". So you will not fool yourself because food is not included in the payment.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. The proximity of the road and the house with the schoolchild next to the hotel are depressing, oh yes, I almost forgot, the acoustics here are not great. You could hear people walking up the stairs.
Beach on the Dnieper in 10 minutes (quick step) from the hotel. Doo it (without asking the locals) is difficult to get.
There is parking for 3 cars.
The place is not bad, tolerant.
