We moved to the right one on the second day at 18:00 (this despite the fact that the room was vacated at 12:00). Several times I asked the administrator about the resettlement, to which I was politely answered that they had a conference and didn’t have much time to play with us. Cool service really. ? We booked 3 hours of spa treatments with massage. The massage therapist came, did a massage for me (one name, not a massage), but my husband didn’t finish it at all and said that they had the next people at 18:00, so they say, we won’t have time. Normal schedule?? ? And why should I give him tea? . Next, a surprise awaited us. I bought myself a bottle of wine, dressing and cheese with mold, I think I’ll sit in the room in the evening and make a fuss. I called to ask for glasses, plates and a corkscrew. And it turns out that in this super hotel, the supply of dishes to the room is PAID !!!!! ! Although when I booked everything clarified and there were no such conditions. There is no minibar in the room, no refrigerator, no shampoos in the shower room, only gel (but there are bonnets so as not to wet your head). The tap water is smelly terribly, and at the same time there is no drinking water in the room, only at the restaurant for a fee. Excuse me, but if I feel bad, I need to take a pill. In general, this hotel is not a foot more and I do not advise anyone. Standard room per day 800 UAH. I think it is possible to organize some kind of service for this amount. And by the way, we had a 20% discount on the restaurant, where it was counted only at dinner. And when ordered in the room no. . . there are not many hryvnia 20 worked, but still somehow not pleasant.
