The "Standard" room looks very similar in the photos. It might actually be a little worse.
The single bed is a little narrow, but the mattress is good, the linen is clean, the bed is quite comfortable.
Towels are old and worn out.
The bathroom has a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel.
TV is normal, about 20 Ukrainian channels.
There is air conditioning, but how it works, I could not figure it out.
The Wi-Fi signal throughout the complex and in the room is stable, the Internet is fast enough.
The room had very poor soundproofing: you can hear almost everything that happens in the hallway. So if some noisy company settles next to you (as was the case in my case), then it will be difficult to fall asleep.
The room was cleaned badly. On the second day, cleaning was limited only to changing the position of the blanket on the bed. They didn't even make the covers.
Breakfast starts late - at 8:00. Moreover, as they wrote earlier, by this time, approximately 60-70% of the dishes are ready.
The breakfast menu is very average in my opinion. For example, from salads on one day there was chopped beets seasoned with vegetable oil, and a salad of cabbage and greens.
The main courses are edible but not very tasty.
Also, by the beginning of breakfast, the water did not have time to heat up, and the tea was barely warm.
In general, in my opinion, the combination of "price-quality" is not optimal, and accommodation should be cheaper

We stayed at the hotel April 2-4. They came in a large group, 50 people, with children. We settled in 20 rooms for 2.3, 4 people, all on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Bribing infrastructure of the hotel: proximity to the sea, the availability of direct minibuses to the center and to the place where our competitions were planned. (By the way, there are several free buses a day from Arcadia to the center, to the station and back). After reading the reviews, I was a little tense about the upcoming stay, but when I arrived at the hotel, it turned out that all the excitement was in vain. Photos of rooms do not really correspond to reality. Since "in life" they are much better. The rooms are clean, bright, warm and spacious. The beds are very comfortable, modern, the mattresses are new, I slept well. The bathroom is spacious, great fixtures. Hot and cold water were available all the time. The son "found" good Wi-Fi in the room. It was very pleasant to return to the hotel on the second day of our stay and find the beds changed, the towels and gel-shampoo-soap in the room changed, and the room cleaned. Buffet - beyond praise, very varied and very tasty. Separate huge thanks to the manager of the hotel Victoria, with whom it was very pleasant to communicate, a professional with a capital letter! It was very pleasant that we were provided with an early check-in at the hotel at 8.40 and additionally organized breakfast for us on the day of arrival. In addition, they settled us in rooms of a higher category than previously planned. But the pleasant surprises didn't end there! On the day before departure, the hotel gave us a gift: our children were baked and presented with a huge cake, and their parents were provided with glasses for the celebration. In general, I personally have the most pleasant memories of the hotel and the people working there. Thank you very much for the high quality service!

If you think that you provide quality service and can call yourself a Hotel, then you are deeply mistaken!!! No service from the hotel staff, at the reception no one can really explain anything.
