In the morning it turned out that there were still problems, my husband and I and a three-year-old child were told to go hang out until 11 am, then POSSIBLY the room would be ready, and we were tired from the road !! ! They asked at least to throw the bags somewhere, to go for a walk at least, to which the girl from the reception answered us with a sneer: “You don’t live with us yet, how can you leave the bags. ” Disgusting service!
