The hotel is terrible! Only negative impressions remained! The price does not match the quality at all. Stayed in the Junior Suite! What we got: 1. Panoramic windows are polluted with bird droppings, so it was impossible to open the curtains. 2. Wi-Fi in the room does not work at all. 3. The water in the shower had to be turned on 5 minutes before taking a shower to warm it up. 4. The water from the sink faucet barely flowed, and therefore had to wash in the shower. 5. The beach towels were so worn and faded that there were holes in them. I had to carry my own. 6. The safe was broken.
7. Snack bar by the pool is open at the most inconvenient hours. Wine is poured into plastic cups the size of vodka - already ridiculous. Canapes are taken apart in 5 minutes, then no one reports them again. But more than enough crackers! In general, consider that this bar does not exist. 8. The staff seems polite, but knows nothing. 9. The location of the hotel itself is terrible. The only plus is the view. 10. Food: served in the form of a buffet, but you can’t take an additive and go to the table for another dish too !!!! ! Portions are miserable! 11. Biggest nightmare they got sued for: Family reasons had to leave 1.5 days early (at a cost of 12.300). They warned about the departure 24 hours in advance, wrote an application for a refund, promised to return it, and left. However, the money was never returned! They do not answer letters, the administrator is not in the know on the phone, and the one who is in the know is never there !!! ! So now we are solving this issue through the court. And in this case, the court is on the side of the consumer, of course. It's just a waste of time and energy.
In general, we did not get any pleasure from the rest while living in this hotel. So we won't go there again! And we do not recommend anyone to go there!
