We were in this hotel for the first time. And here are the impressions. The hotel is very beautiful, the interiors are in Empire style. High ceilings, all walls in light colors. The rooms are excellent. We lived in the Premier Suite in the "Sleep by the Sea" building. The room is huge, bright, thought out to the smallest detail, so that it was comfortable to be in it. And the view from it is simply amazing. Our friends lived in the cheapest room, but it was also comfortable, although very small, but the terrace overlooking the cypresses and the sea is excellent.
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are good, the choice is less than, for example, in Mriya or Yalta Intourist, but you can eat. Champagne is not served for breakfast, positioning that the hotel has a medical license, but you can buy it in a restaurant, absurd.
The bath complex is good. Sea water swimming pools, two of which are heated all year round. We were without children, but we saw playgrounds and a children's pool.

Now for what I didn't like.
Very unfriendly staff at the reception. This is the face of the hotel, but upon arrival, it seemed that we were not welcome and that we had come to bow to them. They do not explain anything, we were told more by the worker who escorted us to the room. The suitcases were also not offered to be taken to the room until I asked for it. When we checked out, we didn't hear any kind words either.
The territory of the hotel is very small, nowhere to walk.
And another very strange thing. I had a birthday when we were staying at the hotel, but there was no congratulations from the hotel at all. No cake or champagne, just nothing, they didn’t even put a postcard. We were in a huge number of hotels of equal level and everywhere we were congratulated, but not here. Unacceptable attitude towards guests.
