Плохо сразу по приезду Bad on arrival

I booked a superior junior suite for 5 days, I didn’t even imagine that this category of room could have problems with the view, it turns out there is a view of Bukovel and a view of the other side, so they gave me a view of the other side on the 2nd floor, it turns out the most low of this type of room, so I look at the smoking boys and someone's windows. Moreover, I booked in advance and the girl said that "there are enough free rooms for these dates", it turns out that they obviously gave me the worst one. When I politely tried to clarify, maybe there are free rooms, at least higher, there is nothing either on one side or on the other, and it won’t appear even if I moved for 2-3 days of stay, for example (which is amazing for the end of August, after independence day). One of the girls at the reception did not even raise her eyes or look at me when she was talking to me.
The new large built building is absolutely incomparable with the micro-size of the territory / parking lot, upon arrival there is already a feeling that there is a flow of people here like in a boarding house, and despite the fact that it is now +17 on the street, if it were warmer, I can’t imagine what would be happening near pool. In the parking lot on arrival took the last place. Take the elevator from the 1st to the 2nd floor, you wait for the elevator for 5 minutes.
Immediately upon check-in, they were taken aback by the fact that we had to choose when we would have breakfast either from 08:00 to 09:30, or from 09:30 to 11:00. Apparently this flow of people in the dining room, which was designed only for the old building, cannot be fed at a time. I have a 2 year old and we adjust breakfast time to wake up time, I will probably have to run every time and warn that our breakfast range is changing.

Little things: in the new building there is no ramp to lift things, they don’t offer help in lifting luggage, but I have suitcases, a stroller, bags. These are all impressions already in the first hour of being here.
It is immediately clear that this is not a place for a relaxing holiday in the mountains.
