Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Booked directly through the hotel's website. In the photo, there was a completely different room (I will attach a photo), which has a balcony with a view of the mountains, a wardrobe, a safe, a refrigerator in the room, and a lot of space.

Check in was at 2pm, we arrived at 4pm but the room was still not ready for check in! ! They apologized for this and gave a 10% discount in the restaurant. Number: The room is standard, the socket was broken and falling out of the wall, it was repaired.

Terrible hotel. Dirty, tasteless, cut into pieces like pigs. You still need to work with the staff in the kitchen, and the hostess of the hotel should be more polite. The spa area is terrible, the water in the pool is dirty and probably never changed.

The worst hotel in Bukovel

The rating of the hotel is 10 on a ten-point scale. It's just terrible, I've never seen a worse relationship. There was a force majeure and we contacted the administrator at about 10 am that we wanted to leave and they refunded the money for one more day, which we paid.
