Отель не плохой, плохие люди. The hotel is not bad, bad people.

1. check-in from 14:00. how much I go to Buk - you can always agree in some other room to change clothes for a wheelchair, and then check in.
2. good staff in the hut and tolerably fed. waiters run around fussing - nice.
3. the administrator and the maid (!!!! ) Natasha do not know what service is as a concept. I have been going to Buk for a long time and did not count on a special service... but specific rudeness, indifference is too much.
4. this is the first time we had to go to Kyiv from skiing dirty. . .
we were kicked out of the room (delivery at 12:00)
and offered the "only option" to change clothes in a closet under the stairs!
and that's not it!
the maid Natasha also urged on at the same time !!!
generally terrible.
it's a shame.
the hotel is not bad.
and the location is not far. Walked to 1 ski lift.
but
