Серйозні проблеми з водою! Serious water problems!

The hotel has water problems. I suppose the reason is that they settled on the 5th floor, trying to use water during peak periods - in the morning and in the evening. Constantly approached the reception with the fact that there are problems with water. We addressed directly to the owner of hotel, the Answer is simply excellent - we have no problems with water!

Paid 3 days stay. Two days later they were forced to move out. We offered the owner to compensate for the inconvenience we had to live with, returning the money for 1 day (actual non-residence). Mr. Buchka (the owner) simply hid (although he said on the phone that he would be suitable for the reception), pushing the problem to the girl from the reception, who was incompetent to solve the problem.

I do not recommend the hotel because of the attitude of its owner to the guests. Value for money is not in favor of quality!
