Came to rest in this hotel seven? We were 3 people: 2 adults and a child, and we also had friends: 2 adults and 2 children. The end of summer - all hotels are closed? communication and management of this hotel very much use it. I will describe briefly: this former hotel "Gorgany" - search for reviews on Google and you will understand that it had a lot of problems, especially with cleanliness. So, this season, the management decided to divide "Gorgany" and make Fores hill: complete the building, make repairs, update all the old rooms into houses. But, a big but: we managed to do a little work together: a nice sign, the hall and the first 2 floors, well, some buildings were renovated ...hired a good photographer from smm-schika. So, we went to live in a nice hotel with brand new rooms as shown in the photo, but we arrived at a very, very shabby hotel (they didn't have time to update the territory either) and in terrible living conditions!

1. the room is terrible, it has not been renovated for 15 years!

So that you understand - there was a terrible color of carpets with black stains of unknown origin, the same terrible torn and stained wallpaper.
2. the shower cabin in the room leaked, there was a puddle on the floor, it was repaired twice during our stay, but it did not help much.

5. They have no air conditioners at all, it was 33 degrees hot!! ! (for the price that should be included in the price a priori). The room was on the 5th floor, sunny side and the curtains were transparent!! ! They are stupidly unaware of blackout curtains.
6. And this is still without a general cleaning. There is mud behind the curbstones, a kilometer of dust on the plinths, the windows are patched and dirty. . cobwebs on the balcony. . So that you understand, they have 1 cleaning lady, a girl of 18 years old, for the entire complex. We waited 2 days for face towels at the end of our stay, and so without waiting went

Breakfasts in the hut are very simple, the cheapest products, no variety. and the most terrible thing - the eggshell kept falling into the omelette!! ! In our company, each of us got at least once or twice during the entire vacation!! ! The advantage of tiko breakfasts is that they are inexpensive, as for the Carpathians, but for this money you can buy products at the ATM and have breakfast yourself.
8. Surcharge. We moved the last two days to a renovated room (this is after we needed it and got angry). The room was a little bigger than it should have been, so I had to pay extra for it!! ! And this is after we were actually deceived.
9. The spa was old, the pool from the Gorgan Hotel (it's a good thing we didn't order it), the chlorine was very strong. It would not be recommended to send children there.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel!! !
