It's a pity that I have to leave such a comment about a really great hotel because of the staff. The manager is impudent, does not give reliable information about available rooms. We tried to extend the room for half a day and only after a couple of hours found out that there was still a free suite, but she simply did not deign to offer it to us because she thought it was expensive for us.

It's a pity that I have to leave such a comment about a really great hotel because of the staff. The manager is impudent, does not give reliable information about available rooms. We tried to extend the room for half a day and only after a couple of hours found out that there was still a free suite, but she simply did not deign to offer it to us because she thought it was expensive for us. And after they made a remark to her, she generally began to behave inappropriately, I quote: “Gather your coins and DOWN! ” A very unpleasant situation, especially if you become a hostage to the rain and get wet and essentially cannot leave. The weekend is ruined, the mood is not, and the manager carries on as if nothing happened. Moreover, I warned her that I would not leave this situation so easily, I need to be responsible for my words. She did not ask for forgiveness. And the most pleasant surprise - the heated towel rail turned out to be non-working, I dried all things with an iron, there was only one hair dryer for everyone - “excellent service and attitude” for 750 UAH for half a day!

As it turned out, the hostess called our neighbors 1 day before arrival and warned about this, made a 30 percent discount! For 1 day - when people can no longer change anything, since the May holidays - all the hotels were busy! They didn't call us - we arrived and were just in shock! Thanks to Katya for giving us a 50 cent discount, but we simply didn’t have an option where to move!
The house is nice and clean, only great audibility! we lived on the 2nd floor - there was a child on the 3rd, so we heard all his steps from morning to evening! it was very tiring when you are on vacation! The hostess is friendly, for an additional fee she cooked to eat!
