Summing up what I can say: we still had a very good rest, but unfortunately I will not return to this hotel, there are much better places nearby for that kind of money, I really hope that the hotel management will be engaged in reconstruction and bring everything back to normal.

But the problems that spoiled everything for us are not connected with the staff, but with the owner himself, who does not see or hear anything or anyone (only what is beneficial and convenient for him to hear! ). His version of Blame the Weather was childishly awkward. In general, it is not surprising that a person writes reviews for himself (in Booking this is clearly visible! ). Either reviews are bought for a cup of coffee (see photo! ) I would like to write “Dear” Yaroslav, but this is far from the case, so... Yaroslav! Throwing your millions around, throw some part into the correct reconstruction of the Continent!

Bograch-party: boiled meat in advance was boiled in a cauldron, adding vegetables (this is slop, not bograch! ), mulled wine on coupons 1 cup in one hand, the rest was sold.
Banquet: dubious rolls (and they want to be Europe! ), Olivier salted + black pepper, incomprehensible sandwiches with lard, red caviar ARTIFICIAL from gelatin. There was a decent salad “herring under a fur coat”, but while we were leaving, they took it away because there was no place to put wings, they asked to bring a “fur coat” - it’s impossible, everything is in grams per person, like alcohol 125 grams of cognac / person. The husband went to buy, they gave it for free (just leave number 206). Since the other (what was) did not drink. The cost of New Year's Eve/banquet is 2380 UAH.
The host is good - the only plus! (I wanted to write thanks to him, but the haters, as they called me, don’t write good things)
Music (the so-called DJ) is not professionalism is evident!

Everything was just great!! ! We went based on the reviews and have no regrets. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The hotel itself and the rooms are warm. The room has a TV (albeit small), enough channels. Hot water around the clock. There is a swimming pool and sauna. Twice a week the sauna is free, the pool is free every day until 19-00.

Everything was just great!! ! We went based on the reviews and have no regrets. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The hotel itself and the rooms are warm. We had included breakfasts and dinners (dishes to choose from), the food is delicious. The waiters are smart, polite, orders are brought very quickly. Visited a free massage chair.
Excursions are a separate issue. Were on Lake Synevyr, in Palanok Castle, on thermal waters in Berehove. A sea of impressions!!!
There are ski slopes, ski lift.

We went with friends with a holiday in Polyana in October. I was interested in the action on Facebook about the Continent. We went by train, and the first thing that was very fun to get to the hotel easily and without problems without a car, the bus was right next to the train station, and from the stop in Polyana 200 meters.
