I rarely write negative reviews, but there is simply no other way out : ( We rest in room 2 for a week, pay 1200 hryvnia per day, but it’s simply impossible to call it a number - we were given some kind of utility room with an uncomfortable bed and a blind window, which is not at all There is a terrible stuffiness in the room so as not to suffocate - they put a fan, that is, from 45 degrees it makes somewhere around 38, the room is very small, without a table and without a working TV, located in the attic with emergency stairs, I rest with children - dangerous and inconvenient : ( Only toilet paper is provided from detergents; they didn’t give us soap or shampoo, they clean it every 3 days, there is no Wi-fi, the TV does not work.

Unreasonably expensive, a lot of inconvenience with children, and if you can put up with a dead bed, a non-working TV, smelly water in the shower or no water at all during the day, lack of wi-fi, detergents, wires and nails sticking out of the ceiling - you can put up with 1200 hryvnias /day, then the terrible stuffiness and the lack of windows in the room (despite the fact that the site indicates a BALCONY), as well as the absolute indifference of the administrator to all the declared difficulties made our vacation the worst in our life : ( And it is unlikely that something here once will change with such leadership! Therefore, bypass this demonic place on the 10th road, do not spoil your mood or rest, the mountains are beautiful, but unfortunately you will not see this with Chalet Filvarok: (((((

The hotel was found with my husband on the Internet. Liked the photos and customer reviews. The photo is beautiful, but in reality it does not correspond to reality. The rooms are dirty, especially the bathrooms, someone else's linen was found under the bed. The bed and towels are worn out and obviously not the first year.

We waited for check-in for about 4 hours, due to the fact that the room was not cleaned because people left only an hour after our arrival, all this time we were sitting in the restaurant. For these inconveniences, we were not even offered a cup of tea.
I was very outraged by the behavior of the director - Maxim. He is a very unbalanced person, he constantly yelled at the staff, called the waiters names, and drank liters of beer and all this in the presence of vacationers. He also called himself the owner of the hotel, then it turned out that he was just the director of the establishment. 80% of the negative impression was left because of his boorish behavior.
The food is not bad and relatively inexpensive. But since there were few staff, it took a very long time to serve.
If you want a good family vacation, I advise you to look for a better hotel.
