It all started very badly. Upon check-in, we were given a room in building 3 in the attic. Room for 3 people, and there is nowhere to turn around. Head hits the ceiling, and it's real, not figurative! There is nowhere to step, everything is so tiny, a toilet with a bath is probably 50.70. Just awful. When I contacted the hotel administration, they replied that all the rooms were occupied and they could not help in any way. This had to be discussed with the booking manager, it turns out. But the manager didn't say anything about it. Manager named Victoria, you are not the place to work in this area!!! ! And this despite the fact that we paid a cost higher than the rest (it so happened that we bought a canceled tour, that is, we did not book in advance). And at the same time, when I ordered this tour, the manager Vika did not say anything about the "features" of the room. The only thing is that I made a small discount on the tour, but, believe me, this is such a trifle ...Although we rested in this Truskavets 365 chain.
