We are now relaxing at the Vorokhta hotel (5th building), the radiator in the room is cold - absolutely cold. Vasily (chief admin) claims that this is normal. The thermometer shows 22 degrees and this is according to the law. For three days they tried to make it warm, they asked for either a duch or to move them...on the second day they begged for a duic (from evening to morning) on the third day I hung up three thermometers and took the duchik. With words, this is how it should be. In terms of? I paid money - I didn’t come as a migrant, and they can’t give me basic warmth! But as Vasily said - do you have hot water??? ? Class!
