Unfortunately, we did not choose the hotel - for the first time in our lives we decided to use the "Fortune" system - fortune turned not its best side. But. . . I'll try to be honest and objective.
The overall impression of the hotel is quite good. Friendly staff at the reception. Accommodation: the room is neat, clean. But upon closer inspection, the minuses of the hotel began to come to light. There is not a single battery for drying things (there is no special room for drying at least shoes either) - after the slope it is still necessary! The room is very, VERY cold. from the side of the window, the wind literally walks, the central heating was set to maximum, but this did not help. At times it blew ice cold from there. at night I woke up from the fact that my shoulder was aching, from which the blanket had slipped... In addition, in the bathroom, the neighbors from above constantly drowned us. Our room was changed without any problems upon request.
The hotel has a spa, one visit is free. The sauna - Turkish hammam - is cold, but you can warm up wonderfully in the hot jacuzzi.

Service and staff: there are no complaints about the maids, the room was cleaned on time and in good faith; to the waiters, perhaps, there are no complaints, except for one - more on that later!
About the kitchen - a separate word! Buffet, we had breakfast and dinner included. They fed the same way. In the evenings, they served dried (remaining from the last time) cheese, specifically prepared dishes. On the last evening there was a climax - we were served rotten chicken legs. When we told the “canteen manager” about this (I don’t know what position he has there), he said that the chicken is normal and does not stink at all, and we ourselves are fools. Without exaggeration - he was rude to us and the Russian-speaking young lady from the reception could not resolve this conflict. No one took the side of the hotel guests - such a service! we also had one story - I wanted to bring a cup of hot tea to the room for breakfast. I was not allowed to do this - honestly, the same "canteen manager" blocked the way! I tried to explain that this was tea for a cold person who couldn't come down for breakfast. The Russian-speaking young lady from the reception also tried to explain this. useless! All the same elderly boor waved his hands at me and poked his finger! Excellent upbringing and culture of the staff!!!
But if you are not afraid of rudeness, rotten food and cold in the room - this is a great hotel)
