We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as part of the promotional tour from Joint Up.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, a group of 30 people. Settled in a few minutes, excellent work of the reception.
The room is large, but for Europe - huge! Two huge beds, wardrobes, a table and two armchairs, tea / coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers....The bed is impeccable, high mattress, snow-white linens, soft blanket, several pillows. In the bathroom cosmetics, scales and hair dryer. The bathroom itself is small, but suitable for two, there is a bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet, everything is compact.
View from the window on neighboring hotels, very neat houses, clean streets.

The only and significant minus of the hotel is the food. It seems that everything is there, but the fruits are not ripe, and that's all, hot dishes are cooked simply not tasty. A huge question for the chef, how can you approach cooking and the choice of dishes in such a way. After all, this is a 5 * hotel, and 4 * in terms of food. The hotel management should look into this.
The hotel has a free indoor pool, sauna and hammam, everyone used and was satisfied.
There is a bus stop next to the hotel. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center, it is not difficult at all, there are beautiful buildings around, flower beds, clean and calm. The road should be crossed at pedestrian crossings (all drivers stop), violators of pedestrians pay a fine... We were in mid-November, preparations for the Christmas holidays were just beginning, we decorated the streets with illumination.
In general, the hotel made a good impression, pull up the food, and we would love to return to it again.
I recommend Holiday Inn Andorra 5 * to all categories of tourists.
