We were unlucky with snow (there was very little), which we were warned about at the airport, but despite this, most of the tracks were in excellent condition. I really enjoyed my holiday, as well as the hotel. We are going to this hotel next year.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the food is conscientious, the attitude is excellent, but... if you rely on the entire range of services of this hotel, such as a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, free internet, then keep in mind that the gym is in a dark, uncomfortable room with outdated "begalki", the pool and jacuzzi are cleaned with pure bleach, so after 3-5 minutes the jacuzzi waters the eyes and the pleasure from the service ends.

There is a Russian girl at the reception in the hotel, Maria, who can help you a lot to adapt to the hotel, explain everything. Food: breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00 - continental buffet - never left hungry, regardless of the time of "arrival" for breakfast (a friend at the Corray-3 * hotel, approx. 400 meters from ours, breakfast starts at 8.00, at 8.15 there was practically nothing to eat (from HIS words! ). Dinner - restaurant type (not a buffet! ), where you choose 3 dishes from the proposed options, and if you want soup, and spaghetti, and mussels, and all these dishes in one Choose one thing! It was then that my daughter came to the rescue - they took everything different, given that there are three of us, and the choice is three times more! All drinks at dinner are paid (beer a bottle of 0.4 San Miguel - 1.7 EU, for example, I don’t know wine - they didn’t take it) Wine, by the way, is easier to buy in stores opposite the hotel - both choice and prices...... We bought wine there for 0.9 EU 1 liter , they made mulled wine in a thermos in the morning, after burning it in a small camping teapot (the mixture for mulled wine was bought in custard bags in Moscow), and enjoyed it on the mountain - cheaply and cheerfully.
Room: spacious, floor tiles, no carpets, bathroom (very spacious): bath, toilet, bidet. Hot water - without interruption; a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains, the linen was changed once a day, everything is neat......... they ate persuaded to take a tip, they constantly left it on the bed. ALWAYS go to the pool, sauna (Turkish and Finnish), Shirko shower, jacuzzi..... for this, for 20 EU (deposit) per person, you will be given a bathrobe at the reception (which you can leave in your room and return upon departure) and a towel (rented after visiting the pool back at the reception). After skiing in the pool, complete relaxation! The bath should be asked to be turned on at the reception 40-50 minutes before your trip there. We came there at 14.30 - no people, quiet, calm. in the same building where the swimming pool is (this is the neighboring building, through a glass isthmus to the right of the reception) on the ground floor there is a billiards pool and football (2EU party), a healthy recreation room with a coffee table, TV, fireplace and a small children's corner with toys. At the bottom of the hotel is a garage. 1st place - 10 EU per day, in the same place - storage for skis (free, deposit for the key - 3 EU), only how shoes can dry there - we could not understand, there are NO dryers for shoes! (even in Bulgaria, in Bansko - there were special hair dryers). We got tired of dragging from the garage on the second day - and we left them on Funicamp in special boxes-cells (3EU-days) - they fit in there: two adult skis, one for children, a board, four helmets, 1 pair of ski boots... In short - I recommend. From the hotel to Funica (Funicampa) 5 min. ride on a free train from the bus stop. The first check-in is at 8.30-8.35 with a repeat every 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind: if you return from the mountains around 13.00 - the locomotive can stand next to Funik - but only because of you it will not go - or wait for the people, plus from 13.00 they have a siesta.
I recommend visiting the Incamp car museum - cool, interesting...... 2.5 EU per person.
