I went to Andorra for the first time with 2 children for the New Year. The travel agency could not book a hotel for a long time, because. there was a problem with the seats. Finally found... No information about the hotel could not be obtained from the travel agency (no one knew about this hotel). Although the hotel is 3 stars, but the maximum it pulls is 2. The staff at the reception is not professional and does not speak English well. Often they did not specifically answer questions, concealed information. For example, that the hotel has a free shuttle to the ski lifts and back. I found out about this by chance only on the 3rd day of my stay. And at the reception, I was told that you can only get to the ski lifts by the municipal ski-bus, which travels when it wants (may not work at all for several days) absolutely not in accordance with the schedule. We walked for several days with skis and boots!! ! All in all, it was a real pain!
But the ski resort itself was great!! ! And in the end we were satisfied!
I recommend booking a hotel near the ski lift, so as not to depend on transport and not spoil your nerves and mood!
