In general, a fairy tale is the hotel itself. There are no disputes here. But the service leaves much to be desired. I'm not demanding, but I can already compare with something: Dubai, Oman, Thailand - everywhere we were, the hotels were 5-star. So Emirates Palace can’t even put 5, no matter how insulting it is. It all started with a visa, cat. arranged for me a hotel - Russian-speaking Pavel Kurbatov, brought me almost to hysterics, because he sent a visa / copy / by e-mail 8 hours before departure, although he had my documents at my disposal for more than a month and daily correspondence on the Internet nothing they didn’t give it until my husband / he is Swiss and we flew from Switzerland the same way / wrote everything in English, he thinks about him. As for the beach, everything would be fine, but it’s really full of stones, when you step foot into the water, you just don’t really relax, although you are on vacation. . . The sunbeds were covered with towels and the sunbeds themselves were not particularly comfortable soft. For children, 2 slides in the pool are somehow not enough, they are designed for the little ones at all, and if the child is older / like mine, for example, 10 years old / - it’s generally boring. Nothing compared to Dubai. My husband played tennis, got into the hotel tuk-tuk to get to the court / the territory is large enough to just walk around / so all the snow-white shorts turned into just black ones. Why clean the seats, damn it. tourists are sitting, let them rejoice that they are being carried at all. . . Cat girl. drove was always dissatisfied. The food was not bad, but for me there was little variety in the morning of sausages and cheese. In the evening, a lot of Iranian cuisine and a small selection of continental cuisine. As for children, there was no children's menu at all. . . Reception.....I have never met a more arrogant one. Especially Russian-speaking ones, although my husband always spoke to them and not in Russian, I probably gave out belonging to the Russians, well, what can you do. . . After we went on a safari and came up in the evening to find out how to get to the famous Moshe, we were asked with such distrust and so brazenly whether we paid for the safari at all. It was already above all expectations. I thought my husband would punch him in the face with this receipt. Is there really not enough tact among people, first look at the computer, and then ask such questions to clients, no words. The only Moroccan guy, I understood by his accent that my husband speaks French and was so happy about it, so he chatted with us for a long time and dragged his daughter a huge package with books, brochures, fridge magnets - everything about Abu Dhabi. We were shocked. And my daughter is extremely happy. On the last day, sorry for such details, the water in the toilet did not leave, just a movie. . . And also, I managed to eat oysters on the last evening. . . My husband warned me. But I, like many others, decided that in such a hotel everything would be perfectly fresh.... After 1.5 hours my stomach and intestines were perfectly clean and ready for the long journey home. But the most interesting thing awaited us at the end of our journey.... At 2.40 at night we left the hotel, everything was fine, but it was not a taxi that came for us.....cat. was paid through our tour. company in Switzerland, a.... bus. Here I almost fell, I feel so bad after the oysters, thank God the disorder is over, and here I still have to go and shake the bus to Dubai for 2 hours.....No matter how we argued, nothing happened. There is no management at 3 am, the driver with some paper claims that he is our driver. We simply didn’t want to pay extra for a taxi, we were just tired of everything. Planes don't wait for anyone. . . With such devastated impressions, we flew away. I don’t want to go back there, it’s not very pleasant to live in beautiful golden walls with marble floors and crystals on chandeliers without service. If there is a choice, only Dubai Jumairah Beach with its wonderful water park, with a varied buffet, good service and, if not quite a wonderful beach, but without stones!
