We had an unpleasant situation with a taxi driver, the administration from the hotel quickly settled everything - literally for a couple of minutes. Even through the inattention of the tour operator, we booked a small room, and we had a child with us, the administrator changed it for us without any problems for a more spacious one (2-3 times more) without any additional payment. The food is excellent. We took only breakfasts, but the assortment of dishes was very pleasing - both the meat-eater, and the vegetarian, and the lover of dairy products, and the sweet tooth, and the capricious child will be satisfied! Among other things, the hotel is located, perhaps, in the most prestigious point of the city, next to a stunning promenade, the legendary Emirates Palace hotel, an amusement park, a shopping center and a mosque (not Sheikh Zayed, but also beautiful). Highly recommend, you will be satisfied!

We took accommodation for breakfast: fresh juices, cheesecakes, sushi, marble cheese, feta, mozzarella, salmon / salmon, toast, bacon, baked vegetables, an incredible number of desserts, all kinds of fruits, etc. etc. I got a room on the 53rd floor with fresh flowers, a view of the Emirates Palace, and by the way, not only a room, but also a bathroom with panoramic windows. The room has everything you need and more. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts - this is the symbol of the Jumeirah hotel chain - turtle soft toys, chocolate turtles, a set of dates and a bottle of wine. In the hotel, as in all the Emirates, there is no special animation, but there is a bar / nightclub on the 62nd floor. For hotel guests, admission is free upon presentation of a room card. Excellent location, Abu Dhabi at a glance. The prices in the bar are quite high, but it's worth it, because the atmosphere there is indescribable. Upon arrival, we were met by a nice girl Olga from Zaporozhye. If you do not speak English, she will help you with your check-in, show you the room, tell you about the services provided by the hotel. When you check in, they ask you to leave a deposit, if you do not want to leave a deposit, then you fill out a form in which you undertake to pay in cash for all services provided. The advantages of this method, you will always know about your balance, the disadvantages - the mini-bar is closed (respectively, the refrigerator). The entire staff is very responsive. Here you feel something special. Rooms in the skyscraper are decorated in high-tech style. I will not describe, I plan to post a photo. Air conditioners are central but can be set to 25 degrees Celsius and won't freeze at night. The room had slippers, bathrobes, one spare toothbrush, shaving accessories, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, there are all sorts of little things (needle threads, shampoos, bags, nail files). The room is decorated with fresh flowers. We had breakfasts and dinners (you can change dinner for lunch) in an international restaurant. Breakfast - buffet (fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits). Here it is necessary to make a note, I have visited many hotels of different categories, but this one surprised me with a rich assortment of products. Dinner - on the same principle, only one important detail - drinks for an additional fee (including water - 32 dirhams). In addition, the hotel has 7 more restaurants, for the money. Feel free to ask what is free and what is not. From the hotel to the Marina Mall up to 10 dirhams (according to the counter). The beach is sandy, sun loungers and towels were provided by the hotel free of charge. Your job is only to show where you want to lie (on the beach or by the pool). The beach is small but cozy and clean. Lifeguards are on duty on the beach and around the pool. If your baby cannot swim, you can take a swimming vest or foam tubes for him - free of charge. Ice water, watermelon, ice cream on the beach for an extra charge. Cleaning in the room, change of bed linen daily, qualitatively. Every day a vase of fruit and chocolate turtles are delivered to the room. The hotel has an observation deck, a shopping center, conference rooms and bars.
