An excellent hotel with a high level of service, stylish interiors and beautiful territory, fully consistent with the Hyatt chain. Even if you do not speak English, there are Russian-speaking girls at the reception working around the clock so that there will be no problems with late arrivals or departures. The staff is very helpful and polite and any request is fulfilled instantly. The hotel has an imposing and relaxing holiday. There are enough pools, and the beach is just a miracle. The beach strip is not only long but also wide. This is due to the laying of eggs by turtles. The coast is the cleanest in Abu Dhabi, even boats and scooters are forbidden to use there. There is always a lifeguard on the beach who does not just sit, but works 100 percent. Beachboys are great too, and towels are instant and cold water is unlimited. The beach bar is open in the evening as a restaurant, so it is very stylishly decorated and has a great selection of drinks and dishes. The main restaurant was also very good. We are architects, so we also evaluate everything from an aesthetic point of view. The rooms are quite spacious with wide terraces, stylish furniture and a beautiful bathroom. There were always fresh fruits in the room, and not only on arrival, and excellent sets of natural coffee and tea. We had NV. In principle, it’s enough, sometimes we had a snack at the beach bar. I also really liked the selection of sweets with coffee and tea in the library near the reception. Getting to the city center is not a problem - a taxi is 30 dirhams.
We went on a sightseeing tour with a tour operator. We looked at the presidential district, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, simply delighted, the Museum of Folk Life and markets (where would it be without it). Then we learned that there is a double-decker bus with excursions in any language, like in London, where you can get off anywhere in the city, then take the next one and continue the tour. We are very sorry that we didn’t get to the Museum of Modern Art, there is an exhibition of models of famous architects developments on Saadiyat Island, including our beloved Zaha Hadid. In general, the rest was a success. The biggest minus is the departure. Arrival was fast. Scanning the retina, getting luggage and immediately meeting with the presentation of roses to women and an individual transfer by Toyota through Dubai at night and in 2 hours we are in Abu Dhabi. But the departure was simply shocking. Sharjah Airport - it is simply not possible to imagine such a hole. Dirty, shabby, with chairs that are scary to sit on and dirty carpet on the floor of the waiting room. It turns out to be a transit point for the countries of Asia and Indochina, and they walk barefoot through this nightmare. God forbid to fly somewhere through Sharjah. It is unclear why flights from Abu Dhabi were cancelled. Thank God after that, on board the plane, you return to normal again and the memories of Abu Dhabi smooth everything out.
