The kitchen has a non-working refrigerator with a non-closing door))). No crockery or cutlery. Two bottles of water, two bags of coffee/tea/sugar and that's it. In the bathroom, accidentally bending down, I saw a greasy strip of old dirt). The bed linen is more or less ok and the mattresses are also comfortable. Carpet throughout the room with dirty stains. There was a feeling that a big company here got drunk and screwed up. The sites indicate an iron and ironing board, and bathrobes and slippers on request. Don't believe! They asked for an iron with a burnt board, and bathrobes "are not allowed in our rooms. " The room and the attitude of the Russian-speaking staff spoiled the mood very much. For 6 days of stay, the administrator Anna politely sent us four times)) You can stand for 10 minutes waiting for the administrators to communicate with each other). On the last day of the holiday, the safe was blocked. The promised 15 minutes smoothly flowed into 40 and opened only after an hour and a half.
This was the first trip to the UAE and the hotel could very well make it the last. The restaurant is very uncomfortable. You can't ride standing up. The beach is a fenced area of ​ ​ the city public beach. Quite clean, with sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas. There is nothing to eat on the beach, but there are many cafes nearby.
No need to go to this hotel. You risk spoiled mood from a dirty room and rudeness of the staff. Don't waste your time, vacation and money.
