This hotel was chosen for 4 days due to its proximity to the airport and due to the fact that it is located in the old part of the city, since then we had a cruise and on the way back another hotel in another part of the city. To be honest, I don't know how the hotel has 4 stars and who writes good reviews for this hotel, it can only be purchased reviews. The hotel does not pull not only for 4 stars, it does not even pull for two stars. This is the worst hotel in my life and I travel often.
To begin with, we arrived from the airport in the evening, tired from a long flight, the road really took a few minutes. The hall is small, there is a night disco in the hall, people from there go around the hotel, loud music when the doors open. But it's still half the trouble. We paid the tourist tax and went to the room. The floors are completely smoky, the room too, and I heard this smell all night. The room is small, consider that there are no windows, they are tightly closed with something, then I do not ventilate. But the worst is the bathroom. I have never seen such a dirty squalor and could not even imagine that it happens. We went to reception and they showed us other rooms, improved too, but everything was equally dirty and unattractive.
We said we wanted to talk to the manager and leave the hotel and collect the money. They said that the manager would be at 10.00 in the morning, but at 10.00 in the morning he, of course, was not there. So we booked from Austria through the Austrian site, then we contacted them, and they, in turn, also contacted the hotel in the morning. Until 3 am, I searched the Internet and reviews for a hotel where there were free places and where we could move the next day. Found a hotel and booked.

In the morning we decided to go for breakfast. I have never seen anything like this in my life, it is in a cheap canteen. What is morning coffee worth - a large jar of Nescafe and a spoon inside !! ! I drank tea from bags, there was nothing to eat, there was a kilometer queue for fried eggs. They took things, went down to the hall, there were already other people at the reception, a young girl and an older woman. A man worked at night, who by the way was not surprised when we expressed our claims. We talked with an older woman, the money for the remaining days should have been credited to the card, the fee was returned. We took a photo of the document confirming the cancellation of the reservation and our refusal. While waiting for a taxi in the lobby, we witnessed how a young girl is rude to a guest.
Further, it is even more interesting - we again contacted Austria, they said that they should control the flow of funds. They called the hotel and the hotel said that we did not leave, but stayed at the hotel! We had already been in another hotel for several hours at that time. I had to send the document that we photographed to Austria (photo, I mean). If we didn’t have it, I think it would be problematic to return the money and I think this is not the first time they have pulled such a trick, since the same woman who arranged our departure answered the phone. Either because the Austrian passports, or because the company from Austria threatened to exclude the hotel from their list of hotels, but the money for the remaining days was then returned to us on the card. The first day was ruined, costing nerves and a sleepless night.
The next hotel for the same price was excellent, but more on that in another review) I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Photos are attached, although they do not reflect the whole picture live.
