It is possible on a transfer, but it is not convenient to be tied to the hour, or by taxi additional costs (taxi to the sea about $ 7).
Meals for 3 people. You will not stay hungry, but you are unlikely to get pleasure. Monotonously. For breakfast there are yogurts, muesli, eggs, cheese and "sausage", some jams, coffee, juices, tea, some vegetables. But it's all kind of sad. The same with lunch and dinner. There is meat, chicken, fish, salads, side dishes. Some desserts. But the impression is that these salads have been waiting for a long time until they are eaten.
Elevators. In the morning it was possible to wait 30 minutes. You can walk, but from the 30th floor you are not much.
