The hotel is luxurious and rightfully considered one of the best in the UAE. We arrived and we were immediately quickly settled in spite of the fact that there are a lot of people, but the staff is great, they work clearly and smoothly. In general, for the work of the staff, whether it be waiters, bartenders or cleaners, they know their business and the level of service is everywhere and in everything on top. There are Russian-speaking staff and although I communicate well in English, it was nice that they spoke to me in a language that was convenient for me. The area of ​ ​ the hotel is just huge and everywhere is very clean. How do they only manage to follow such a colossus) Free admission to the water park is also a good bonus. The water park is awesome. We spent a lot of time there, everything is very thoughtfully many staff carefully monitor your safety. A chic aquarium and an excellent SPA cent are a tiny fraction of what impressed us with the hotel. Moreover, the spa has a huge selection of procedures. For families with kids, there is simply a paradise here, which is just not for them, and for any age from babies to teenagers, there is just a huge amount of entertainment. Restaurants are a chic choice, we took only breakfasts and already had lunch and dinner separately for a surcharge. In this regard, and indeed the hotel is definitely worth the money. Of the minuses, one can attribute the fact that no one plays volleyball in team games here, they wanted to play, but the team was never assembled, but this is not what you need to go here for. Also, be sure to visit the dolphinarium, we really liked it. The only drawback is not very convenient to get into the city from a palm tree, especially back a couple of times stood in traffic jams, well, this is already a lyric) And so there’s nothing to complain about in the hotel. The only thing I will say about Dubai in general is that this is a vacation option to hang out, but not like a beach one. My husband wanted a beach holiday, but I wanted to go to Dubai, and after the Dominican Republic, he naturally did not like the beaches of the OAU, but in general the beach is not so bad)
