Check in was not as expected, we had to wait 6 hours for check in until time "x" came in the hotel lobby. Although the rooms were free and those who arrived the day before at the same time were settled instantly. We were unlucky, Russian girl managers worked and we were answered in a rude manner: pay and move in.
The hotel itself is outwardly unremarkable, the location is very convenient, there are 2 metro stations nearby, there are no skyscrapers and no active tracks opposite. Everywhere is clean, tidy, without pomposity, comfortable. The rooms are clean, linen changed daily, no complaints about the staff. There is a 24-hour gym and a rooftop pool.

The food is very varied. We had more than enough breakfast and dinner. The only negative is the lack of a balcony and the inability to dry towels and swimwear.
