We rested in this hotel in June 2011, the hotel can be classified as 4 * and then with a big stretch, it does not pull at 5 *. It turns out that on the first day of arrival, fruits should be brought to the room, but we learned about this only on the seventh day of our stay, and then by pure chance. We saw how fruit was carried to another room, called the reception, the manager first turned on the fool, said yes, you can order fruit to the room (for a fee), after it was "smashed", they brought a bowl of fruit. Our friend, who flew with us on the same day, but lived in another room, also waited for fruit after she called. In the morning at breakfast, you need to say several times how many cups of tea we need and still put less, it’s not clear the children are not taken into account or something. Plus, in the morning at breakfast in the hall they are allowed to smoke, you can suffocate, this is the first time I encounter this, there is no hood. The beach is not just small, but very small, thirty meters, no more. There is construction going on to the right of the beach, no view. Perhaps the biggest and only plus is the cleaning of the rooms. There is nothing to complain about here, they clean up conscientiously and wipe the floors. The territory is small, there is nothing to see. Before leaving, they asked us to prepare a continental breakfast for us, because we left the hotel at 05.30, we did not have time to eat. Not only did they bring it to us a day earlier at five in the morning, they woke us and the children, it’s not clear if they don’t track when vacationers leave, it’s just a disgrace. It was even better on the day of departure, instead of breakfast, they brought us some kind of slop, two boxes, in one fruit was finely chopped and piled into a box, it feels like left over from yesterday's breakfast. The second box was filled with fried bread and two croissants. My friend did not get this good either, they forgot about her again. In order to come for luggage, we had to call several times, although we should not remind them of this, especially in a 5 * hotel. They forgot about her friend and there was nothing to say about her again, loaded our things and left. And this is called 5* hotel service.
