We stayed at the hotel in January 2022. They took a 2-room suite for 3 adults, which turned out to be with 2 bathrooms. There are many five-star beach hotels on the island of Palma, but this one was chosen solely because of the location and infrastructure. The hotel is located a kilometer from the mainland and the entrance to the island, and I was more than once convinced of the correctness of the choice, especially when in the evening we were tired returning from various attractions, located mainly 25-30 km from the island in different directions and I didn’t have to go yet, for example , 11 km across the island to the last five-star hotels. Nakheel Mall is 400 m from the hotel for medium shopping with a grocery supermarket.

Nearby is a 52-storey skyscraper, on the roof of which there is an excellent observation deck on the island of Palma and Dubai. Near the hotel there is a promenade with several restaurants. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, the swimming area is fenced off with a net from the penetration of jellyfish.

There are 2 swimming pools, one of which is for adults only. Water is free all the time in the rooms and at the point of issue of towels for the beach. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the bay, the Dubai Marina area and the island with a huge Ferris wheel.

Meals were breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide range, and dinner is only in one of the themed restaurants, where you can order no more than 3 dishes from the menu. Restaurants must be booked in advance. Drinks for dinner are paid. We were unpleasantly surprised that about 30% of the dishes on the menu (and the best ones) turned out to be with an additional charge of $8 to $30. As a result, for each dinner we paid $ 3.80-100 extra with "surcharges" and drinks (beer and soft drinks).
