The hotel is new, located in the Al Barsha area! Basically, of course, for business. There is no pool. A free special bus from the hotel (99.9% Russian-speaking) carries a free special bus from the hotel to Jumeirah Beach Park, the beach is paid - 10 dirhams. When you check in, they take a deposit of $ 300, you can cash and I even managed to bargain for $ 200! The hotel makes a good impression - very clean, comfortable, there is a 24-hour cafe, you can buy lunch or dinner for 65 dirhams (buffet, except drinks). I only had breakfast included, you can eat very plentifully. Very friendly staff (only speak English), there is underground parking. Each room has a locker, a table, paid Internet (Wi-Fi and wired), air conditioning, TV, shower, hair dryer. Windows don't open. The nearest metro station (Sharaf DG is called) is a 7-minute walk, there is also a bank and an ATM nearby. You can walk to the Mall of The Emirates, but it's about 20 minutes. It's better to go to all other attractions by something (in my opinion, the metro is the most convenient - a taxi will be more expensive).
The hotel was chosen because of its location - it is closer to the emirate of Abu Dhabi, where the Formula 1 race takes place. It takes 5 metro stops to the "center" of Dubai and about 30 minutes drive (to the Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall station).
In general, it is definitely recommended for a budget holiday - the hotel is new and very worthy.
