Today at 3 o'clock in the morning we had to wait at the reception for 30 minutes until the employees were released and began to occupy us. A few months later, connecting rooms with ocean views were purchased. When booking, we were informed that there were no Connected rooms and there were no closely sold ones either. As a result, for $ 2.500 per night (this is how much a room in this hotel costs), we live in some strange annex to the hotel above the toilet and restaurant kitchen with a view of the palm trees between which, with a very strong desire, you can see the sea, but more of a pool with all the consequences consequences in the form of noise, screams from early morning. Children live on the road, where buggies drive from early morning and people walk until night. And also overlooking the palm trees, not the sea. For us, as for many other people, it is important to live close to children during the holidays. They promised to call at 12, offer other numbers. Of course no one called. We go to the reception, we were offered rooms a little closer than ours, but of a lower, lowest category with a view of the wall, the photo is in the attachment.
