HOTEL: I chose the Marina Byblos 4 * hotel for relaxation - I will say that the price-quality ratio is very good. Close to the hotel, money can be changed on the promenade street, or in the Marina Mall, as well as exchangers in each mall.
FOOD: Breakfast at the hotel is excellent! Cheese of different types, sausages, sausage, vegetables, beans, fried sausage, eggs, omelettes, scrambled eggs, breaded potatoes, jams, honey, halva, croissants, muffins, rolls, toasts, breakfast cereals, milk, packaged juices of two types, mushrooms , fruits: watermelon, melon, pineapple-chic! There is an opinion about porridge that it happens every 3 days, but this is not so, maybe it is served at different times, but it was every day! There it happens that, for example, there are beans with gravy, as soon as they run out, they bring porridge in their place. With us, a girl with a child came when there was no porridge yet, she asked for a cook, and after a few minutes they brought it. My parents and I were generally going to lose weight over the holidays, but something did not work out.
Three times we went to the Golden Fork (2 times on Nasser Sker, 1 time in our Dubai Marina area).
Nasser is a thousand times tastier and cheaper. Be sure to order fish (see photo) (35dirh = 280 rubles), lamb ribs (35dirh), Mix grill (22dirh=176rub), Juices (11dirch=88rub) especially delicious mango, mix, strawberry. We also ate shawarma in a local cafe on Nasser.

SEA: The sea is gorgeous, it’s the most for children))) We were very worried that there were no palm trees and umbrellas on the beach, but this is not a problem, you can buy an umbrella, they personally gave it to us, leaving fellow countrymen). As it turned out, you can generally do without it.
We were at sea for 4 hours in the morning and 3 in the evening, practically did not climb out of the water. They presented their umbrella on the last day to an unfamiliar Russian girl with a child on the beach). You can lie on anything, if you want to take towels from the pool, we lay on a mat brought with us.
The first 5 days we walked to the sea for about 20 minutes. Because initially, having gone along the short path, we simply passed the passage to the sea without noticing it)))))) After 5 days, we decided to try again to go along the short path, and we saw where people in hats, slates and beachwear were going)))).
From the hotel to the right, to the bridge, go through the entire bridge, cross the road and go down the pavement, which, as it were, continues the ended bridge, after the roundabout, go to the end, on your left hand there will be the Ocean View Hotel, opposite it there is an entrance to beach. The construction that goes near the beach does not interfere at all.
METRO: Exit the hotel and past the left side of the cafe Bobs go straight, the road pumps, turn left and here it is the golden shell of Jumeira Lakes Towers 37 metro station. If you plan to travel a lot by metro, buy a silver SILVER CARD card that costs 20 dirhs, 14 is already on your account. A large selection of dates in the Emirates Mall on the ground floor in the supermarket, they are cheaper there than in our store. Dates are also sold in Duty Free a little bit more expensive. Since I love taking care of my hair, I constantly buy various masks, medicated shampoos, etc. In our supermarket, Indian hair products are sold in the shampoo section. For example, Amla oil, Navratna Oil, Indulekha Bringha Oil, Cobra OIL, Snake oil, from ready-made masks, the Palmers mask Bergamot formula is especially good. Beforehand, you can read on the Internet what is what and how it is used! It’s just that these products are very difficult to get here, and if you order amla oil via the Internet, for example, which costs 100 rubles in Dubai, it costs 600 rubles in Russia.
Girls who are interested in makeup and who do not have a SERHORA store in the city must buy an eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay Naked or Naked 2, you will not find better shadows. There are Sephora shops in the Emirates Mall on the top floor, in our Marina Mall on the second floor. The palette costs 236 dir (1880 rubles).

I was in Dubai in 2011 in the Deira region went on excursions from a large tour company Arabian Night. They offer their services on the beach. In short, more to the point, the difference in price from excursions is very noticeable, and if you are in Dubai for the first time and plan to see a lot of things, then it is better to call Arabian Knight or Aladdin on the spot and book excursions from them, save a decent amount. Even at home, you can contact these companies by email and ask for a price. I know that they go to the Dubai Marina area for tourists.
