The hotel is new. The level corresponds to 4 stars. The hotel has two buildings. In one, tourists from China are settled, in the second, tourists from the CIS. The rooms do not have balconies, but the windows open. The area has small rooms, there are suites. They wrote that there are no rooms with two beds. There are such rooms, or you can move the combined beds apart. The beds are high but unstable. Linen and blankets are luxurious, snow-white. Large TV, about 60 channels, 4 of them are Russian-speaking (TNT, STS, Russia 24, RTR). There is a kettle, cups, sets of tea, coffee, cream, sugar. An iron and ironing board was provided free of charge upon request. Disposable slippers were available, bathrobes were provided upon request. The safe is free in the room, the code is simple - four digits and a grill. There are 8-10 hangers in the closet, a sewing kit, a shoe shovel, a small brush for shoes. Water is replenished every day at 0.5 liters per person. The air conditioner is quiet and works well. The only thing not very convenient is that the air conditioner has two outputs, one of which is directed to the bed. To turn on-off-adjust the temperature of the air conditioner there is an electronic panel near the bed. Sockets with a triple output, at the request of the cleaner gave an adapter. To charge the phone there is an outlet right in the outlet. Do not forget to turn on the outlet, the switch on the same panel. Next to the previous panels there is an electronic panel with three designations: 1) turn on / off the lighting in the hallway of the room, 2) do not disturb, 3) clean the room. The bathroom is small. There is a bath with a glass partition, a toilet, a bidet (not in all rooms), a sink. Hairdryer in the closet in the hallway. Shampoo and shower gel bottles are replenished daily. 5 towels of excellent quality. The most unpleasant thing in the rooms is the smell of sewerage in the bathroom, as the hotel is new and the sewerage system is little used. Room keys are electronic. The hotel buildings are five-story, on the fifth floor there is a swimming pool. The elevator is panoramic. There is not much built up around the hotel, there is a road for cars in front of the hotel. Next to a gas station with McDonald's, cafes, a small Zoom store. In this store, you can pay with a metro card if you have funds left on it. A 20-minute walk from the large shopping center Carrefour. Bus stop 34 and j2 near it. 34 bus goes to the metro station "Internet City". The hotel provides a shuttle service to Mer Beach (near JBR and Marina Walk) and Marina Mall. The transfer time is at 9 am, at 12, at 4 pm. Back at 12.30, at 4.30 pm. A taxi from the embankment cost us 12 dollars. The staff is very friendly and efficient, English-speaking. Use the translator on your smartphone. Checked in at the reception in 5 minutes. We were treated to a welcome drink with apple juice. The time of departure to the airport was notified by letter to the room. In general, I liked the hotel with its novelty, service, good rooms, transfer to the beach. If the management added an evening transfer from the city, then at this cost this hotel would definitely be the hotel of our choice.
