They brought us to the hotel by 10-00, did not check in immediately, explaining that there were no available rooms, but they allowed us to use the rooftop pool, where we spent time until check-in at 13-00. At the entrance they took a tourist tax of 105 dirhams, they did not take a deposit. All staff in the hotel are friendly and courteous. Russian-speaking Victoria worked at the reception and Irina at the restaurant, they helped us a lot with our no English, they turned to them for all questions, though they worked every other day. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a non-smoking room, the hotel has several smoking floors.
The room is clean, spacious, the window is full wall, but does not open. There is nowhere to dry swimwear, I had to dry it with a hair dryer, it is quite powerful. There is a safe, kettle, iron, refrigerator. Tea, coffee and 2 liters of water are added every day. Modern TV, but no Russian channels. Wi-Fi is available in the room, everywhere in the hotel and even next to it, the speed is normal, photos and videos were loaded without problems. Who does not know - you can’t talk on Skype and WhatsApp, because. this feature is disabled in emirates. Comfortable wide soft bed (we had one) with nice linens and comfortable pillows. The air conditioner worked properly, there was a remote control on the wall, it was convenient to set the desired temperature. There are many sockets in the room, but they are all English, our plugs dangle in them, contact often disappears, we took adapters at the reception, but there were problems with them. There were always detergents in the bathroom, there were no problems with water. Cleaned daily, but a couple of times did not report towels, had to be reminded.
The restaurant is spacious for such a hotel, there is a hall on the veranda. The food is tasty but monotonous. We took breakfasts + dinners, on the 3rd day we realized that it was better not to take dinner, more expensive than in a restaurant near Carefour, and there is a large selection in the store. Carefur is very close, 3 minutes walk. Recommend the juices there, we loved the mango juice. In the store, you can pay and thus write off the balance from the Silver Metro card. In the same building, currency exchange at a good rate. The hotel restaurant has very expensive alcohol, 2 glasses of beer cost us 1300 rubles! And these are 26 bottles of Krusavets in our Magnet : )) A bottle of vodka costs 800 dirhams, i. e. 14 thousand rubles, you can pay with a Visa card.

The hotel has many free transfers, a list is given at the reception. I recommend transfers to La Mer beach, everyone likes the beach, keep in mind that towels are not issued to the beach, only to the pool. And I also recommend a transfer to Al Seef Mall Bur Dubai, from there 10 minutes. walk to the boat station, another 10 min. on a boat to the other side for 2 dirhams - and you are in the Old Market. You wander around the markets for 2 hours and return the same way with your transfer. We got there by metro for a long time, tiring and expensive.
From the hotel to the metro about 7 minutes walk, but it's better to explore the road first, it's easy to get lost among the skyscrapers, and there is a short road through the territory of other hotels if the gates are open. The hotel is more suitable for excursions than for a beach holiday. The overall impression of the hotel is good, despite minor shortcomings.
