I stayed at this hotel with two children. Since the tickets were bought at the last moment, a week before departure, the hotel chosen (out of the two offered) can be said blindly, since there were very few reviews about the hotel and the Tekom area.
Upon arrival at 13.00, we were settled into a room on the 5th floor without any problems - a one-bedroom apartment. The description and photos on the site are completely true.
The room has one double bed and sofa, equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Since the children are already adults, when buying a ticket, we agreed in advance that there would be an extra bed in the room. At the first request, within 10 minutes they brought us an extra bed, but they did not bring bedding and a blanket. I had to call reception again.

Although the room has a kitchen, there is no drinking water, no tea or coffee. We called the reception again and our question about tea and water received a surprised and indignant answer that this is not supposed to be in their hotel. So everything, including water, we bought in a small supermarket Carefour 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Since the hotel is urban, it has no territory as such, only parking for cars. The metro is located 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel.
The kids loved the pool and started every day with a swim.
Breakfasts are monotonous, the assortment is small and not very tasty, but we did not remain hungry.
Cleaning in the room was done very badly: for 8 days in the living room they never dusted and never vacuumed. The bed was changed only once - on the 6th day of stay. Towels were changed every day, but cleaning in the bathrooms consisted only of taking out the trash, wiping the floor and the sink. Leaving a tip did nothing to change the situation. The hotel also does not have transportation to the beach.
The overall impression of the hotel was overshadowed by the incident at checkout: we were asked to sign the invoice, which stated that we had to pay 100 dirhams for using the minibar (the contents of the minibar included - chips, nuts and cheap drinks + two chocolates). It is good that the older child speaks excellent English and has experience in communicating with hotel administrators. In addition, our guide joined the case, who came to accompany us to the airport. The administrator, seeing our mood, said that she would sort out the situation and kept us in the lobby for 15-20 minutes, after which it turned out that everything was in order and we could leave the hotel.
The hotel is positioned as 4 *, but in reality a solid 3. Next time we will definitely not choose this hotel.
By the way, at the reception and in the hotel there are no Russian-speaking workers at all. And therefore, if the situation with the minibar is their constant "feint", then it is better to know the language.
