To my surprised we bargained for 500 derhams, I paid with a card, when leaving, since my daughter and I did not use the bar, and there were no claims against me from the hotel manager, according to the rules, the money should have been returned to me and the most interesting thing began here, I was told that since I paid with a card then the money will be credited to my card within 2-4 working days, I'm still waiting !!!! ! The tour company that sent us is negotiating unsuccessfully with them, now the return period has increased to 90 days! for a very modest amount! And this is the generally accepted practice of such a hotel!
