We were met at the entrance to the hotel, taken to the reception, brought our things. Settlement - 20 minutes. Things were delivered to the room. The staff is polite, friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable (telephone, air conditioning, plasma TV, DVD, kettle, iron, ironing board, luxurious bathroom). Room cleaning - 2 times a day. Daily change of linen, bathrobes, towels. Every day in the bathroom - a new shampoo, soap, scrub. Every evening on the bedside table - small chocolate bars with the hotel logo, every day - three bottles of water. We didn't use the bar in the room - drinks were chargeable and expensive.
Nutrition. Breakfast and dinner were included. Buffet. The choice of dishes is huge, very tasty. We were surprised that drinks for dinner were paid (for 4 glasses of juice they paid 100 dirhams). Free juice for breakfast.
The hotel has three swimming pools. One of them is on the third floor (between the towers) overlooking the Persian Gulf and the famous "palm tree". The territory is large, green, peacocks roam. Tennis courts, gym, spa, etc. The hotel has its own beach (Persian Gulf) with awnings, sun loungers, football and volleyball courts. Ten minutes walk from the hotel - Dubai Marina (very beautiful).

From the hotel - free buses to the malls (huge shops). You can also take a taxi (all taxis are Toyota Camry, Innova. Payment by meter). The hotel has its own taxis (only for hotel guests Toyota Land Cryizer, Mitsubishi Pagero Wagon, Lexus (also on the meter, but more expensive - 3 AED per kilometer)). Indeed, the hotel has a disco, but it did not interfere with rest. The only negative, but this is not to the hotel, but to the Alphatur guide Tamara, is the organization of a trip to the water park. They simply forgot to pick us up from the hotel. The guide did not clearly answer our question, but the minibus was returned for us, although there were no more seats in it. (the minibus picked up people from other hotels, and our hotel was the point of departure). So it was a tight ride. Thanks to fellow countrymen, they treated me with understanding, moved in, sheltered me. In the water park, the representative of the travel agency apologized, promised that they would organize a separate transfer to the hotel for us, but did not fulfill the promise. We drove back in the same way (once again I thank fellow fellow travelers). Tamara didn't even apologize. But this, again, does not apply to the hotel. About tips. Left on the bed 5 drkh. The staff is very grateful, conscientious, attentive. Leaving, left the porter 10 drh, (carried things out of the room). He bowed so that his forehead barely touched the floor. We have not encountered any cases of theft. Summing up, it should be said that the hotel is excellent, rich, worthy, beautiful, like the city of Dubai itself.
