They were taken to Mamzar and Jumeirah parks, both parks were paid for 5 dirhams. There was no shuttle to the free beach. No one speaks Russian at the reception, which is a minus for those who cannot speak English at all. The only girl of South American appearance was able to say something and connect with the Russian-speaking guide by phone. On the day of arrival, we were informed that the next day a guide would be waiting for us, who would tell us a little about the country and offer excursions, BUT! she never came! didn't even call! Like your problems. It's good that one of us has already been in Dubai 4 times. But if we came here for the first time, it would be a very unpleasant surprise. Keep in mind, if suddenly such a situation arises for one of the newcomers. All sights can be explored by yourself. The main thing is to know what and on which subway is located. Buy a ticket and that's it, you are in the midst of interesting sights. You don't even have to wait for anyone! Exceptions are safaris, water parks and all kinds of trips to other emirates.
