The hotel is really very good. Even the nearby construction site does not spoil the overall impression. The only drawback is some high cost of food. For a couple of 70-100 dollars at a time. Only the main manager of the hotel left unpleasant memories of himself, a Lebanese by origin, I don’t remember his name. Completely arrogant, unrestrained boor and dishonorable person. He organizes excursions through our former compatriot Marina, whether he shares with the hotel or puts money in his pocket, I don’t know. We (18 people of Russian tourists) booked an excursion to Dubai, but on the day of the excursion it started to rain heavily. And instead of rescheduling the tour to another day or returning the money, we were still sent to Dubai. The situation in Dubai was not known to us and we went into this nightmare. Apparently, the organizers of the tour were only interested in fucking $ 60 per person, and they didn’t give a damn about our life and health. Driving closer to Dubai, in the Sharjah region, we saw that the roads were turning into rivers (drainage was either missing or not working), the windows were dirty from the rain and foggy from moisture, the traffic jam was growing, and in Dubai cars were floating up to the roof in the water. There was no question of any exclusion. Everyone unanimously decided to go back, which was reported to both Marina in Ras Al Khaimah and the guide who was waiting for us in Dubai. But it wasn’t there, they instructed the driver to continue driving to the appointed point (as they didn’t want to return the money), the driver didn’t comply with our requirements to turn around, moreover, he didn’t even let us go to the toilet, as we didn’t ask him about it, opportunities to do it in a civilized way was as much as necessary. As a result, all our tourists, and half were women, had to relieve themselves in front of a many-kilometer traffic jam, because by that time we had already been on the road for 5 hours. When we finally got to Dubai, no one had any doubts that we would spend the night on the bus, there was no way back. But God took pity on us, the driver received advice by phone and despite his low qualifications (he doesn’t know roads, how to drive a bus, or English), we escaped from Dubai in a terrible traffic jam in a few hours. The next day, in a polite manner, without raised tones, we demanded that Marina return the money to us, we simply did not have the strength to go on an excursion on another day. She led us to this Lebanese manager. This boor talked to us disrespectfully, literally started yelling at us, we didn’t give him a reason for this, he talked about some kind of contract, he didn’t want to return the money. I wanted to tear the ticket and leave it on his table, but other tourists did not support me, maybe rightly so. I remind you that it was about 60 dollars per person, I was disgusted to look at this manager of a respectable hotel. Not for the sake of boasting, but for the sake of comparison, I’ll say that I left the Emirates, not counting the tour, about $ 6.000, and we had to beat half with force ($ 30 per person). It's disgusting. . . I would very much like the administration of Natalie Tour and the boss of this Lebanese manager to read my review.
