I was in this hotel at the end of November 2010 at a business conference, but to call the trip a business trip simply does not turn my tongue. Thanks to the beauty of the Emirates (and in particular Ras Al Khaimah), as well as the magnificent Hilton Resort & Spa, this trip has become one of the most memorable for me.
So, about the hotel. The territory is just huge. During our visit, the hotel was hardly half occupied, and it seemed that you were alone here, alone with the sea.
We lived in a bungalow ten steps from the beach. The rooms are spacious, cool, with a huge terrace.
The service is excellent, however, the staff is mostly English-speaking. But there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. It is very convenient that this hotel has its own duty-free shop. If I'm not mistaken, only a couple of hotels in the whole country can boast of this. The food is not bad - no better and no worse than in all hotels of this class.

The beach deserves the highest praise. White sand, two artificial breakwaters lined with stones, and water that changes color throughout the day from light turquoise to rich sapphire. The water is very clear, you can see every fish in it. Two words about the fish: flocks of small silvery fish often swim right by the shore, which tourists willingly feed. Personally, I have watched more than once how, in pursuit of them, a much larger fish comes to the shore, and, in turn, it is not at all small barracuda that hunts for them. So, in order to avoid trouble, I would not recommend feeding the fish near the shore.
In a nutshell, I'll tell you about the excursions. Be sure to go to the coast of Oman, and then from there on local yachts - along the coast of the Indian Ocean with a mandatory stop on a deserted beach. The relative proximity to the Gulf of Aden and Somali pirates will add spice to the trip))) Well, it’s a sin not to visit the Dubai Mall - the oceanarium alone is worth something there!
